DUTIES:
  • Handle inbound customer contacts and process all requests.
  • Enter customer orders, catalog requests and other information into computer systems.
  • Handle and resolve customer service inquiries.
  • Handle customer service-related projects and/or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Quickly answer inbound telephone calls from customers and other external contacts.
  • Manage inbound contacts via telephone, e-mail, fax, mail at large volumes.
  • Process customer orders, catalog requests and all other customer service inquiries.
  • Able to manage other customer-related projects including:
    • Billing
    • Returns processing
    • Backorder processing
    • Order and invoice proofing
    • Order printing
    • Credit card processing
    • Fax processing
    • Web order processing
    • Customer correspondence
    • Custom order coordination
    • General office duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in customer service work.
  • High school diploma and some college education or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working on computers; preference for those with Windows experience.
  • Skills in problem-solving, written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking the English language.
  • Stable work history and longevity in jobs.
PAY begins at $15/hour.
