We are currently staffing for a customer service oriented Admin Assistant/ Sales Support position for a local printing company located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle! This is a casual, privately owned company that has a family feel but takes professionalism seriously with employees and clients. This is a long term opportunity for someone that wants to grow with a well-established local company.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Support sales reps and help improve efficiencies in the department
  • Answer phones as backup for front desk
  • Greet and direct visitors that come to the front office
  • Place orders with vendors
  • Process warranty orders, track them with vendor and customer, and process credit paperwork if applicable.
  • Print/ Post weekly and monthly sales calendars
  • Archive sales job files (move to warehouse file cabinets)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs (for occasional file box moving)
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have prior experience with general office equipment, such as computer, copier, fax, and printer
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task
PAY begins at $14/hour with room to grow.
